What You’ll Do
As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will assist with day-to-day case management tasks, including client communication and tracking medical treatment progress. You will collect, organize, and maintain medical records and case documents, assist with demand preparation and case summaries, and manage insurance follow-ups. You will also track deadlines and coordinate workflows to ensure cases are handled accurately and on time.
Working With U.S. Law Firms
You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff at U.S. personal injury firms during U.S. business hours. Clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential, as you help ensure cases remain organized and clients stay informed. You serve as a reliable point of contact, supporting the firm’s legal team while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
