Bridge Staff International’s Work & Travel Program gives college students the opportunity to live, work, and gain real-world experience in the United States for 3 months, 6 months, or up to 1 year.
Designed exclusively for current college students, this program allows participants to immerse themselves in American culture while earning income, building professional skills, and creating lifelong connections. Participants work legally in the U.S. through a J-1 Exchange Visitor Visa, making it a safe, structured, and fully compliant way to experience life abroad.
