What You’ll Do

As a Bookkeeper, you will handle daily transaction recording and categorization, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank and credit card reconciliations. You will prepare monthly financial reports and summaries, ensure records are accurate and up to date, and support general financial organization using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.

Working With U.S. Businesses

You will work closely with American business owners, finance teams, and accountants during U.S. business hours. Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality are essential, as your work directly supports financial decision-making. You help ensure financial data is reliable, organized, and delivered on time.
